Biltong Box Plans

These plans will help you build a genuine biltong box that will make some of the best biltong you’ve tasted ever - South African style. Official food of Rugby World Cup Champions. 

Box dimensions are 470x486x800 (WxDxH) and can handle than 3kg of meat. The box uses a light bulb to create those perfect conditions for drying your biltong to perfection. All you need is some light timber, hammer, nails, a few screws and a couple of hours spare to knock this box together.
