Where?

SATOOZ delivers anywhere in Australia and also accepts international orders.

How?

To ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible, we use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. At check-out, shipping is calculated at Australia Post (regular parcel) rates – however, we will use Fastway Couriers when more economical (and charge you accordingly).

How much?

Shipping rates vary according to the weight of your order and the delivery address.

To check how much shipping will cost before you checkout, simply:

1. Add the goods you want to the Cart
2. Click on View Cart (at the top of each page)
   
3. Select Calculate Shipping and Handling (under the list of cart items)
   
4. Enter the Country, State & Postcode (for the delivery address)
   
5. Press Calculate Shipping and you'll get your shipping rate
   

When?

Shipping times vary according to product supply and delivery address. Where possible, SATOOZ endeavours to dispatch your parcels within 1-3 working days of receipt of order (and payment). We will send you a confirmation email when your package has been shipped.

Approximate delivery times, from date of shipment:

• Australia (major centres): 1-3 business days
• Australia (other areas): 5 business days
• International (Airmail): 1-3 weeks
• International (Seamail): 2-3 months
